Account & access

How do I sign in or reset my password?

Use the Sign In link at the top of this page. The sign-in page includes the password reset option if you forgot your password. Check the email address tied to your Quavix account for the reset link.

How do I request access?

Quavix Messenger is invite-based. Use Request Access to tell us about yourself or your firm, and our team will follow up by email.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Email messenger@quavix.ai from the address tied to your account. If your account is managed by a firm, we may need to coordinate with that organization because compliance retention rules can apply.

How is my data archived for compliance?

Quavix Messenger archives all messages and files for regulated organizations. Records are retained for a minimum of 7 years and stored with immutable, tamper-resistant controls designed for compliance recordkeeping. For more detail, see the Compliance page.

Messaging & visibility

Why can't I message someone?

Users control whether they are visible in the directory. For group messages, participants must be contacts first, which means you need to have had a two-way conversation with someone before adding them to a group.

How do I manage directory visibility or availability?

Open your profile settings to control whether you appear in the directory and whether you are open to chat. Your availability status also helps other users understand when you are online or away.

Who can see my messages?

People in the conversation can see the messages they participate in. If your account is part of a regulated organization, your firm's authorized compliance users may also review archived communications according to your firm's policies and regulatory obligations.

App support

What should I include for iOS app issues?

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Quavix app version, what you were trying to do, and any error message you saw.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Choose Bug report or Feature request in the form below, or email messenger@quavix.ai with steps to reproduce the issue or a short description of the requested improvement.
